I'm pretty sure most of the Unity fights give you more sparks as a reward than the accolades you put in, so you come out ahead. The level 75 and 99 ones are trivial to farm with trusts in Sparks gear. Or if you want to spend more time, you can pick one of the lower level Unity NMs and convert your accolades into sparks by farming them. It takes a long time to NPC that much Prize Powder, but you get more gil quicker than putting crystals up on the AH. But Prize Powder sold to an NPC gives you the 10 gil/accolade rate that most sparks gear NPCs for. You spend 15k accolades for a 50k Refractive Crystal will net you 3.33~ gil per accolade. You can trade that coffer key to the goblin for 50 Daily Tally every day, which means that you can use the special dial every single day.Īnd NPCing Prize Powder will get you more gil per accolade than reselling Refractive Crystals. If you've progressed far enough in RoV, (I think its either the second or third KI you get, simple enough) then you can buy coffer keys from the Vendor Moogle for 5k gil.
